As your facilitator, I bring extensive NHS and healthcare leadership experience as a Registered Nurse, Health Visitor, and Director. I understand the real challenges Matrons face.

Your Matrons will leave with:

  • Clear understanding of their role

  • Personal development plan

  • Renewed focus and energy

  • Strong leadership capabilities

This programme transforms good Ward Leaders into exceptional healthcare leaders.

How do we deliver it?

  • Cohorts of 10-16

  • Pre-course attendance: Completion of Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step I™

What if?

All your ward leaders and aspiring ward leaders operate at such consistent quality standards, how the organisation/trust can consistently deliver the quality of care and organisational performance, with optimised culture, inclusivity, staff recruitment, retention, resilience and wellbeing.

I am a new Band 6 and this has given me the knowledge and confidence in my new role. The session
was delivered in a non-judgmental, positive way.
