I cherish my nursing career and hold a nursing registration. Advancing to senior NHS roles,
I managed people, trained as a Mentor, Clinical Supervisor, and later Coach and MBTI Practitioner Step I/II.
I pursued a PG Cert in Business and Executive Coaching, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Supervision. My curiosity led me to Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy®, where I became a Certified Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy®, and NLP Coaching.
I’ve won the HSJ Sec of State Award for Excellence in Healthcare Management (2008) and the NT Awards for
Dignity in Care (2010), creating ‘Daisy’ accreditation across Health and Social Care.
With a proven track record of delivering real outcomes and benefits throughout my professional career, I am well-placed to train, coach, supervise and mentor at every level

Offer genetic testing and analysis to customize nutrition plans based on an individual's genetic predispositions and nutritional needs.
Coaching

Coaching Supervision
Offer holistic nutrition plans to address skin issues such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis, emphasizing the connection between diet and skin health.
